Can I filter which products to edit?
Yes, the app includes an advanced filtering system. You can select products by collection, tags, vendor, status, or even filter for products with specific SEO issues that need fixing.
Can I preview AI changes before applying them?
Yes! You can run a preview generation to see exactly how the AI will rewrite your descriptions or titles before committing the changes to your live store.
AI Image SEO Optimizer
How does the AI Image Optimizer improve my store?
It automatically compresses your product images to WebP format to speed up your store, and uses advanced Vision AI to analyze the image content and generate SEO-optimized alt text.
Does the app rename image files?
Yes! You can toggle the file renaming feature. Instead of obscure filenames like "IMG_9921.jpg", the app can rename the image based on your product title and AI-detected keywords (e.g., "leather-messenger-bag.webp") which boosts SEO.
Will this overwrite my existing alt text?
By default, the app can be configured to either skip images that already have alt text or overwrite them with newly generated, SEO-optimized descriptions. You have full control.
Billing & Subscriptions
Are both apps included in one subscription?
Currently, the AI Bulk Product Editor and the AI Image SEO Optimizer are billed separately as they operate as distinct apps on the Shopify App Store, though you can manage both from your Shopify admin.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled seamlessly through Shopify. We offer a pay-as-you-go credit system or monthly subscription plans that give you a set amount of credits per month.
Technical & Support
Do the apps work in the background?
Yes. Once you start a bulk optimization job in either app, it runs entirely in the background on our secure servers. You can close the app or navigate away, and the job will continue until completion.
Is my original data safe?
Yes. We always recommend taking a backup of your store before massive bulk edits. However, you can use our built-in rollback features (for products) or re-upload original media (for images) if needed.
